Expert originally designed the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand (BOINZ) website in 2013 using Expert’s Enterprise Management System, MoST. As an organisation centred on membership services related to training and continuing professional development, MoST is the perfect software solution to meet their needs. MoST has the functionality required to manage member subscriptions, renewals, event registrations, job vacancies and more.
In 2022, after more than eight years of service, BOINZ decided it was time for a refresh the look of their site to keep up with the latest website trends, as well as making it more modern and attractive. To quote BOINZ, they wanted their site to be fresh, modern, visually engaging, user friendly and enjoyable for both BOINZ and their customers and members to use.
Our Solution:
Expert designed a new website interface with features such as, succinct content, updated fonts and engaging imagery. It now has an updated ‘look and feel’ and is fully responsive on all screens and devices.
Expert’s Added Value:
As the original website had been built using Expert’s own software product, MoST, a whole new public-facing website was created with no disruption to the operational ‘back-end’ of the existing site which meant that BOINZ could continue to use the existing website throughout the process and a seamless switch-over to the new-look site was experienced with no disruption to BOINZ staff or users of the site.
