New Zealand Firefighters Credit Union

New Zealand Firefighters Credit Union (NZFCU) are a long time client of Expert developments, and have maintained a close working relationship with Expert Developments since 2003. In the meantime, the finance industry had undergone significant changes, with the advent of internet banking, and other services, with the site adjusting to suit.

After eight years of the same website template and structure, New Zealand Firefighters felt it was time for a refresh to a more modern design, better communicating the wide range of services now available, and their close ties to the firefighting community in New Zealand.

The Expert team proceeded to do a complete re-work of the site. Included in the process were:

• Complete restructure of site, to reflect the information needed and sought, while creating a simpler way of contacting the credit union.
• Rotating homepage banner, with imagery highlighting main services of NZFCU.
• All forms put into a pdf format that can be filled out on any computer.
• News and promotion area, updatable by NZFCU.
• Directors secure intranet area.
• Matching online banking template to new banner.

All round, a much more interactive site has been created for NZFCU, engaging better with site visitors, and communicating the services available through NZFCU membership.
